What You'll Be Doing:

- Responding to customer enquiries and consulting with families on memorial and cemetery options
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Managing leads and following up with prospective clients
- Meeting sales targets and performance goals while delivering exceptional service
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Providing a professional, ethical and compassionate customer experience

About You

- Proven sales experience in a service-focused environment




- A track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- The ability to establish trust through honest and ethical conversations
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- High levels of resilience, motivation and self-drive
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality
