This is a full-time operational role. You will be actively involved in the entire crop cycle—from machinery preparation and maintenance to seeding, in-crop management, and harvest. You will also assist with general livestock duties as required.
Key responsibilities
- Accurate operation of large-scale equipment
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring the effective delivery of grain to port
- Assisting with general livestock duties as required
- MC truck licence is essential or HC and willingness to obtain MC
- Capability with farm technology, including satellite guidance
- Strong work ethic and clear communication
