We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Service Technician to join our WA team and help keep our customers' equipment operating at its best.

This is a field-based role that offers variety, autonomy and travel. You'll work across a range of customer sites, including regular mine site visits (10+ days per month), providing maintenance, repairs, servicing and equipment support. We are seeking someone with a strong safety focus, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to travel throughout WA.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in NovoFit's service operation by delivering timely, knowledgeable and best-in-class service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing fitness equipment
- Assembly and disassembly of new and used equipment
- Maintaining adequate spare parts stock in your service vehicle
- Managing daily schedules via mobile and tablet-based systems
- Updating equipment reports with work status, photos, comments and job resolutions
- Identifying and reporting equipment faults
- Communicating professionally with customers before, during and after service visits
- Working collaboratively with the wider service team




- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with OH&S; requirements
- Regular travel throughout WA, including 10+ days per month on mine sites
