About the role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support a multi-site Services business across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with Regional, Operational and Sales leaders, you will provide commercial insight across budgeting, forecasting, profitability and business performance.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across multiple branches
- Review contract profitability, pricing, operating costs, risks and commercial opportunities
- Partner with senior stakeholders through monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
- Support CAPEX budgeting, approvals, capitalisation and key balance sheet activities
- Analyse payroll, fleet, materials, subcontractor and cost centre expenditure,



providing commercial insights to the business

About you:

- CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience
- Solid hands-on SAP experience, with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Proven stakeholder management experience within complex, cross-functional or matrix organisations
- Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate experience highly regarded
