Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. The role involves ensuring accurate financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, monitoring business performance, and providing financial insights to support effective decision-making.

Key responsibilities include managing monthly and annual financial reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations. The role also involves improving financial processes, supporting audits, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and collaborating with business teams to drive operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skilled qualification such as ACCA, CPA,



CA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with financial controls, taxation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management or ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into practical business insights.
- Robust financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
