As the key link between Finance and Technology, you'll drive continuous improvement across our Finance systems landscape, helping teams maximise the value of platforms such as SAP and Anaplan while delivering smarter, more effective ways of working.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded Finance professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing stakeholders, and leading meaningful change.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Acting as the business owner and champion for Finance systems across Stockland
- Partnering with Finance, Technology and external delivery partners to identify and deliver system enhancements
- Driving process improvement across planning, reporting, period-end close, reconciliations and management reporting
- Supporting Finance transformation initiatives and future-state process design
- Ensuring Finance systems, controls, data quality and business objectives remain aligned
- Helping Finance teams leverage technology to improve efficiency, automation and business outcomes





About You

You bring a strong blend of Finance expertise, systems knowledge and stakeholder management capability. You're naturally curious, enjoy improving processes and can translate business needs into practical solutions.

We're looking for

- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong experience within a complex Finance environment
- Deep understanding of Finance processes, including:
- Record to Report
- Planning & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Management Reporting
- Capital Accounting
- Working knowledge of SAP Finance modules
- Experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan
- Demonstrated experience leading Finance systems, transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
