Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available for experienced customer service professionals to join a KYC Remediation team on a 12-month temporary assignment.
You will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound customer contact, gathering and verifying documentation, and supporting remediation activities for non-individual entities such as trusts, corporate accounts, and self-managed super funds. This role combines customer service, administration, and compliance responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer calls regarding KYC remediation requirements.
- Collecting and verifying customer documentation and identification.
- Reviewing customer records to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Managing customer enquiries in a qualified and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous inbound and outbound call centre experience.
- Exposure to KYC, AML, compliance, banking, or financial services is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence navigating multiple systems and applications.
