We provide Electrical Services such as RCD and Electrical Appliance Testing, Thermal Imaging and Smoke Alarm installations, upgrades and repairs.

Your Opportunity: FCF Brisbane South and Gold Coast has an opportunity for an (Entry Level) Fire Technician. This is a great chance to become part of an industry that is secure and provides many pathways for future development.

The role will begin with training under a Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection & Testing, which will allow you to obtain QBCC licencing to work on the below fire equipment:

- Fire Extinguishers
- Fire Hose Reels
- Fire Blankets
- Fire Doors

You will complete training for Electrical Appliance testing & RCD testing. You will complete additional training as required to assist our electricians on the job.





After completion of the Certificate II qualification, you have the chance to undertake an apprenticeship in Certificate III - Fire Protection Control. Upon completing the apprenticeship, this will allow you to obtain further QBCC licencing to work on the below fire equipment:

- Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
- Emergency Exit Lighting

As a minimum, the below licences are required for the role:

- Construction Industry Card
- Working with Children Card
- Drivers Licence (ability to drive a manual is required)
