First Aid Trainer & Assessor - Ipswich region

We are looking for two First Aid Trainer and Assessors (contract) to join our team at F.A.S.T. Training Australia based in Ipswich Queensland.

We are specifically looking for Trainers based in Ipswich / West Brisbane region that have availability during business hours. The pay rate is $80-$100 per hour.

We are look for committed Trainers, who prefer a fun and relaxed style of training and want to be part of a growing business.

We are not your average First Aid Training Company! We also deliver a range of Mental Health and Well-being Programs and youth programs. There are opportunities for our Trainers to deliver these programs to corporate, parent groups and teens. This is not mandatory but optional for interested Trainers.

Opportunity for the right candidate to also do Administration and Business Support work to increase hours.

Key requirements

- A Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent. (mandatory) or If you have a Degree in Education please connect as there is an opportunity to do only 2-3 modules to be able to train in the VET sector.
- Previous training experience preferred – but attitude and motivation is everything in this position.
- ABN (easy and free to set up if you don't have one)
- Drivers license and car




- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in availability (we specifically need daytime availability)

Location, hours, additional work:
- Delivery of training is primarily in Ipswich and Brisbane.
- Work is casual/contract-based with flexible scheduling. Trainers typically deliver 2–14 courses per month, depending on your availability.
- If the successful applicant possesses qualifications beyond the courses we currently offer, we may be able to expand our course range to include these courses, providing you with additional work and hours.
