Leonard Homes is an established residential building brand based in Brisbane, with franchisees already operating across Queensland. We're now growing that network further across the state, and expanding into New South Wales and Victoria.

About the Role

Leonard Homes is expanding its franchise network across Australia, and we're looking for a driven, sales-focused Franchise Recruitment Manager to lead that growth. This is a full pipeline role — from following up franchise leads, through discovery sessions, closing the sale, and onboarding new franchisees into the network.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up and convert inbound franchise leads
- Run discovery sessions with prospective franchisees
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed franchise agreement
- Onboard new franchisees, setting them up for success
- Represent Leonard Homes at trade shows, expos, and networking events to build the pipeline
- Expand the Leonard Homes franchise footprint into recent territories across Australia
- Develop and support marketing initiatives — including video content, brochures,



and pamphlets — to drive lead generation and brand presence

About You

- Strong sales background, ideally with experience in franchise sales, business development, or similar
- Franchising experience highly regarded — prior work within a franchise network, or having owned/operated a franchise, is a strong advantage
- Comfortable and capable across marketing and content — video, print collateral, and sales materials
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
