? The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) to assist with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and business insights. This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical analytical skills while contributing to real business projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate business datasets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, charts, and performance summaries.
- Support KPI tracking and regular business reporting.
- Perform data-quality checks and investigate inconsistencies.
- Use Excel and SQL for data preparation and analysis.
- Assist with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations,



Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Support improvements to reporting processes and analytical workflows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain data findings clearly and logically.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
