Crunch & Coast Seafood Bar is a growing seafood venue in Clyde, and we're looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team.
We serve traditional fish & chips alongside grilled seafood, seafood bowls, burgers, tacos and other fresh coastal-style dishes. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and can become a reliable long-term member of our team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking fish, seafood and other menu items
- Grilling, frying and general kitchen cooking
- Food preparation and portion control
- Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial kitchen experience
- Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen preparation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the development of new seafood and dine-in dishes
- Experience with seafood,
fish & chips or high-volume cooking is highly regarded
- Confident with both grill and fryer
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive communication and teamwork
- Able to work independently when required
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Looking for stable, long-term employment
Pay From $28.50 per hour, with applicable weekend penalty rates and superannuation.
Final rate may be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
