We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre). About the Role As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing. You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care - Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) - Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications - Current Child Protection training/certificate - Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - A genuine passion for early childhood education Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
