● 8+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with significant and demonstrable focus on financial services, financial health, or consumer finance domains.
● Deep understanding of financial health concepts including financial inclusion, debt and credit management, savings and investment behaviour, affordability assessment, and consumer vulnerability.
● Proven track record of delivering complex business analysis on large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes in regulated environments.
● Strong experience engaging and influencing at senior and executive stakeholder level, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and shape strategic direction.
● Excellent command of the full business analysis lifecycle — from strategy and discovery through to implementation and advantages realisation.
● Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to financial health, including consumer duty, affordability regulations, and data protection principles.
● Experience leading and developing BA teams, with the ability to set and maintain high standards of analytical rigour and documentation quality.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce board-ready materials and present confidently to senior audiences.
