General Labourer – Factory / Manufacturing (Casual)

The Fibreglass Factory / Master Glass Industries – Yarram, VIC We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on General Labourer to join our growing fibreglass manufacturing team based in Yarram.

This role is ideal for someone local to the Yarram / Gippsland area who enjoys practical work, working with their hands, and being part of a supportive factory environment. No previous fibreglass experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with fibreglass laminating and moulding processes
- General factory and workshop duties
- Prepare materials and work areas
- Cleaning, trimming, and basic finishing of products
- Support day-to-day production tasks

Skills & Experience

- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Previous factory,



labouring or trade experience (preferred but not essential)
