- Join monthly national graduate learning and development sessions with graduates across our Australian offices.
- Get financial and mentoring support to gain your Engineers Australia Chartership.

Why ADP?

Build your career Development pathways run from Graduate through to Director, backed by real mentoring rather than a generic L&D; portal.

Keep learning Structured graduate development, access to technical experts, and full support toward Engineers Australia Chartership.

Actually enjoy it Team events, fitness and wellbeing activities, and social programs that connect you to people, not just projects.

About you

You're a final-year student or recent graduate in Hydraulics Engineering, curious, collaborative and ready to build a real career rather than tick a box.

You'll also bring:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, design and technical innovation.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
- Full Australian working rights as an Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand citizen.
