About the role

This role suits someone who's keen to grow their skills and be part of a high-quality civil and earthworks team. You don't need years of experience — if you're motivated, reliable, and eager to learn, we're willing to train the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Operating machinery on residential and commercial sites (Excavators, posi tracks, loaders)
- Assisting with bulk and detailed excavations, foundations, drainage and general earthworks
- Supporting onsite tasks, sequencing, safety, and quality control
- Working on architect-designed homes and specialised commercial civil packages

About you

- Well-presented with professional mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to operate machine efficiently and safely
- Ability to read and interpret plans (training available)




- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship and teamwork
- Experience in civil or ground-works is an advantage but not essential
