Ben’s Burgers is looking for an experienced and reliable Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are a busy burger restaurant with a straightforward menu and established recipes. We are looking for someone who can confidently run the day-to-day kitchen, lead the kitchen team and maintain consistent food quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and supervise the kitchen during daily operations
- Lead and support the kitchen team
- Prepare burgers, sides, sauces and other menu items
- Organise daily food preparation and maintain food quality
- Manage stock levels and food ordering
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Train kitchen staff and ensure recipes and procedures are followed

About You
- Experienced cook, chef or senior kitchen staff member
- Confident managing a small kitchen team
- Good understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Experience with stock control and ordering
- Reliable, organised and hardworking
- Able to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills




- Looking for a stable, long-term full-time position

Burger, fast-food or similar commercial kitchen experience is highly regarded.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
