Australasian Hospitality Group – Kilmore VIC is seeking an enthusiastic Motel Management Couple to lead a 29-room property. Start date between 1 October and 1 December 2026, with the freedom to own and operate the motel within a growing hospitality group.

You will recruit and manage a small team, optimise occupancy, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. A competitive salary, superannuation, and free in office residence are provided to support work‑life balance and long-term security.
