AUSDEX is seeking an outstanding Head of Markets - Institutional Relationships to help build one of Australia’s most exciting new wholesale digital asset businesses.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a significant strategic initiative while benefiting from the governance, credibility and stability of an established regulated financial services organisation, together with an institutional technology platform and core infrastructure already selected and progressing through implementation and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will play a central role in establishing AUSDEX’s institutional market presence, building its client franchise and strategic partnerships, and leading the institutional go-to-market and commercial launch of the business.

About AUSDEX

AUSDEX is the new wholesale digital asset business being developed by ASF Capital Pty Ltd, the regulated financial services subsidiary of ASF Group Limited (ASX: AFA).

ASF Capital holds a long-standing Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is registered with AUSTRAC as a Virtual Asset Service Provider.

Designed specifically for wholesale clients, AUSDEX is intended to serve:

- Institutional investors
- Family offices
- Corporate treasury clients
- Professional investors
- Financial institutions
- Other qualifying wholesale investors

AUSDEX is being developed as an institutional-grade digital asset platform for wholesale clients. The platform is progressing through implementation and operational readiness, with its product and service offering to be introduced progressively subject to applicable regulatory requirements and Board approval.

Unlike many digital asset businesses, AUSDEX is being built within an established regulated financial services organisation, combining institutional governance with innovative technology and commercial agility.





The prospect

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Markets will be responsible for establishing and leading AUSDEX’s markets, distribution and strategic partnership capabilities.

The role is broad, commercial and highly visible.

Working as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Markets will develop the institutional go-to-market strategy, build trusted senior client relationships, create a high-quality commercial pipeline and ensure market insight shapes the client proposition and future growth priorities.

This is a genuine business-building opportunity — not simply inheriting an existing franchise, but helping create one.

Key responsibilities The Head of Markets will:

- Develop and execute AUSDEX’s institutional markets and distribution strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with wholesale clients and senior market participants.
- Lead business development, client coverage and sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen market access and client outcomes.
- Shape the institutional client proposition using market intelligence and direct client feedback.
- Oversee the client journey in partnership with Operations and Compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performing markets and client relationships team.
- Represent AUSDEX with clients, counterparties, advisers and industry stakeholders.
- Promote strong governance, market conduct and disciplined commercial decision-making.
- Contribute to long-term strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate

We are seeking a commercially minded senior markets executive with demonstrated experience building institutional relationships and growing financial services or market infrastructure businesses.

The successful candidate is likely to bring experience from:

- Institutional financial markets
- Digital assets




- Exchanges and market infrastructure
- Investment or institutional banking
- Investment management
- Brokerage
- Custody
- Payments
- FinTech
