We're seeking a detail-oriented Home Care Billing & Claims Officer to manage claims, billing, client funding, and revenue processes that directly support the delivery of quality Home Care services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in billing, claims, accounts receivable, revenue administration, or healthcare finance who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, and collaborating across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing Medicare and government-funded claims processes
- Preparing invoices, statements, refunds, and client account transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records and client budgets
- Resolving claim discrepancies and funding issues
- Working closely with Home Care, Finance, and operational teams to deliver accurate and timely outcomes
- Supporting compliance with aged care funding requirements and organisational policies.
- Identify risks, errors and opportunities for process improvement

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in billing, claims, finance, accounts receivable,



or revenue administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Excel and systems experience
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services, or government-funded programs is highly regarded
