We will provide support, mentoring and training to progress the successful applicant and will provide competitive remuneration commensurate to the skills and abilities demonstrated.

About the role

We have a current vacancy for an experienced Horticultural Professional to join the Gardening Improvement team. This full-time role will involve maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of outdoor landscapes and gardens for our clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Performing regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Planting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, and trees
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
- Identifying and addressing any garden or plant health issues




- Providing recommendations to clients on plant selection
- Ensuring a high level of presentation and cleanliness in all client gardens

About You Along with your strong work ethic and previous horticultural experience you'll have/be:

- Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in a gardening or horticulture role
- Certificate 3 Parks and Gardens (Horticulture)
- Full Australian working rights or hold permanent residency
- Strong knowledge of plant species, their care requirements, and seasonal maintenance
- Be well presented at all times, goal driven and motivated,
- Excellent phone manner and written record keeping skills,
- Comfortable working as part of a team to ensure a consistently high quality outcome for our clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- A valid driver's license (manual) and Workcover White Card
