Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise hospitality staff and coordinate daily operations

- Ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and presentation

- Manage bookings, events, and service activities

- Train and support team members

- Monitor stock, supplies, and operational requirements

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Skills & Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or supervisory roles

- Robust leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service and organisational abilities

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food safety requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $68,000.00 per year
