The Role To supervise the service of hotel’s rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation

· Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort

· Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity

· Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements

· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S; standards

What You'll Bring

· Previous housekeeping experience (often 1–3 years) in hotels, hospitals, resorts, or similar environments.

· Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading shifts or mentoring junior staff.





· Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards and working in fast‑paced environments.
