Role Description The HR Business Partner / Recruitment Manager is a part-time role based in Sydney, NSW with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office collaboration with flexible work from home. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various functions within the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leaders on HR policies and practices, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to performance management processes.

The position also involves ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and partnering with management to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The HR Business Partner / Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) generalist skills, including practical experience with HR policies and frameworks.




- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, including the ability to manage conflict, support engagement, and advise on workplace issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor and employment law relevant to Australia and demonstrate the ability to apply regulations in day-to-day HR decisions.
- Candidates should possess performance management skills, including experience with goal-setting, feedback processes, and development planning.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry, is advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment, are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards is essential.
