We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to join our beautiful Berry retail and spa location and play an important role in supporting our team and the day-to-day running of the store.

You don’t need to come from a beauty, skincare or spa background. If you love people, have strong retail or customer-facing experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, we’ll give you the product knowledge and training you need.

About the Role

This is a hands-on retail role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with customers and helping a team perform at its best.

As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be a senior presence in our Berry store, helping keep the day running smoothly and supporting the team to create an exceptional experience for every guest.

You’ll still spend plenty of time doing what excellent retail is all about — welcoming guests, understanding their needs and helping them discover the right IKOU products and rituals — while taking on additional responsibility for supporting daily store operations and the team on shift.

Your day will include

Delivering warm, personalised and memorable customer experiences

Leading by example on the shop floor and supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals





Getting to know our guests and recommending products and rituals based on their individual needs

Sharing the IKOU brand story and our skincare, body care, aromatherapy and home fragrance ranges with confidence

Acting as the senior team member on shift and helping keep the day running smoothly

Keeping up to date with current campaigns, promotions, loyalty activity and store priorities

Supporting opening and closing, cash handling and daily store procedures

Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising, store presentation and product testers

Supporting stock deliveries, transfers, replenishment and stock accuracy

Building strong knowledge of our Berry spa offering and helping connect retail guests with treatments and spa experiences

About You

You don’t need to be a skincare expert — we’ll teach you that.

What we’re looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys retail, takes pride in creating a great customer experience and is comfortable stepping up and taking responsibility when needed.

You may already be working as a Retail Supervisor, Keyholder or 2IC, or you might be an experienced Retail Sales Assistant who is ready to take the next step.

Have previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience





Love delivering genuinely great customer service

Are confident starting conversations and connecting with different people

Enjoy working towards sales targets and understand what makes a great retail experience

Are comfortable stepping up and taking the lead on shift when needed

Naturally support and encourage the people around you

Are organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a busy store environment

Take ownership of your role and are happy to get involved wherever needed

Have a warm, positive and professional approach

Are reliable and comfortable working independently when required

Have an interest in skincare, wellness and self-care — or would simply love to learn more

Previous supervisory experience is welcomed, but just as important to us is your attitude, initiative and ability to create a positive experience for both our guests and the people you work alongside.
