We are a leading ICT Consultancy based in Perth. Due to upcoming project work we are looking to bring on an experienced Implementation Lead / Senior Project Manager with previous experience in designing, delivering and implementing large Digital Strategy plans and roadmaps for the delivery of key digital IT projects and corporate systems, ideally within the government sector. This is an on-going contract role, with an initial 12 Month contract plus further extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Multi government agency stakeholder engagement
- Review, design and plan the overall Strategy Digital roadmap. Including enhancing the strategic artefacts, Digital Strategy plan, Roadmap and Systems Options Analysis.
- Define design and procurement planning for the systems.
- Establish supporting governance frameworks.
- Identify and demarcate critical milestones and gateways.
- Articulate scope for system implementation stages.
- Review the digital strategy and systems options analysis and optimise for integrated performance and user adoption
- Ongoing review of roadmap and adjust according to tangible schedules
- Prepare and finalise government procurement documentation, including development of procurement scopes, and request for tender documentation
- Participate in tender evaluations, supplier due diligence and contract negotiations
- Establish supplier governance, reporting structures and adhere to contract management processes

- Facilitate implementation delivery
- Lead the end-to-end Systems implementation through to production go-live.
- Establish project governance, delivery methodology and project controls.
- Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, schedule, budget, resource plan and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) register.
- Coordinate business, functional and technical design workshops.
- Oversee solution design, configuration,



customisation and integration activities.
- Coordinate data migration planning, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and migration execution.
- Manage change requests, scope variations and project governance approvals.
- Coordinate system, integration, performance, security and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Co-ordinate change management strategies to ensure user adoption.
- Develop and execute the cutover strategy, implementation plan and rollback/contingency plans.
- Manage transition to business-as-usual operations, including handover to operational support teams.

Background & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Leda System Implementation partner or Senior Project Manager / Program Manager within the WA Government sector
- Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale Digital Strategy implementation programs
- Strong capability in the design and development of Digital Strategy plans, Roadmaps and Systems Options Analysis
- Experience preparing business cases, managing funding and procurement processes, and vender evaluation
- Experience developing value and options analyses
- Ideally PRINCE2 Practitioner certified
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards

- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and team‑focused skills
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
