Role Description The Implementation Specialist at Come con Causa is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting the successful deployment and adoption of our software solutions. On a day-to-day basis, this role configures and tests platform features based on client requirements, coordinates implementation timelines, and documents processes and workflows.

The Implementation

Specialist provides guidance and training to clients, responds to implementation-related questions, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the onboarding experience. This role also tracks implementation progress, gathers feedback to improve service quality, and contributes to best practices and knowledge base materials.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs, troubleshoot implementation issues, and optimize solution configurations.
- Experience in software implementation, including configuring systems, testing functionality,



and supporting go-live activities.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Transparent and professional communication skills for explaining technical concepts, conducting remote training, and documenting processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or similar technology solutions; experience in nonprofit or social impact environments is a plus.

- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management, video conferencing).
- Relevant education or experience in implementation, customer success, project coordination, or a related field.
