About the Role

Totalyty is looking for an In-House Designer to join our Sydney team and own creative assets across a growing portfolio of brands. You'll be the creative engine behind how our products look and perform on Amazon in multiple countries — balancing brand consistency with the specific creative and technical requirements of Amazon. This is a hands-on production role for someone who thrives working across multiple brands at once, loves a fast-paced eCommerce workplace, and is genuinely excited about using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage creative assets — including product images, infographics, lifestyle imagery, Premium A+ Content, Brand Stores, and advertising content — across multiple brands simultaneously
- Some brands come with extensive asset libraries and strict brand guidelines to work within, others are a blank canvas where you'll build the creative from scratch
- Test and iterate on creative ideas through A/B testing, using conversion as a key performance metric to guide what you make next




- Use AI-powered design and image tools to speed up production, generate concepts, and enhance image quality
- Produce high-volume, high-quality content daily — this is central to success in the role
- Manage your own workload across multiple concurrent briefs and tight turnaround times
- Collaborate closely with brand teams, account managers and the advertising team to keep imagery aligned with campaigns and listings.

What you'll Bring

Essential:

- Extensive experience in a design role within an eCommerce environment
- Proven experience creating product imagery across multiple brands
- Strong skills in Photoshop and/or other industry-standard design tools
- Comfort and enthusiasm using AI tools (e.g. generative AI, AI-assisted editing) as part of your everyday workflow
- Accuracy and a sharp eye for detail, composition and consistency at scale, even at high output volume
- Based in Sydney

Highly regarded (not essential):

- Experience creating imagery specifically for Amazon listings (main images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, infographics, etc.)
