The Role We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to lead marketing activation across consumer and trade channels in ANZ.

This hands-on role will connect sales, retail, shopper and digital marketing activity across promotions, POSM, website content, social, influencers, PR and events.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, you’ll work closely with internal teams, agency partners and key customers to deliver integrated go-to-market activity across the Midea portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across consumer and trade channels
- Execute joint marketing plans with retail and trade partners
- Manage promotions, POSM and in-store activation




- Coordinate website and retailer product content for launches and campaigns
- Support social, influencer and sponsorship activation
- Manage agencies, approvals, budgets and reporting
- Ensure alignment across sales, product and marketing teams

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in trade, channel, brand or product marketing
- Experience in retail, consumer, FMCG, appliances or technology preferred
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across owned, earned and paid channels
- Experience working with retailer/trade partners and shopper marketing
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and briefing skills
- Digitally confident across content, social and reporting tools such as GA4 or similar
