We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst / Asset Management professional to support financial analysis, investment research, valuation, portfolio monitoring, and transaction-related activities. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about financial markets, investment strategy, corporate finance, and wealth creation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial and investment analysis across companies, industries, and asset classes.
- Analyze financial statements, business models, cash flows, and company performance.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, valuation models, and investment scenarios.
- Conduct company, industry, market, and competitive research.
- Support valuation analysis using DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and other relevant methodologies.
- Assist with investment research and prepare recommendations for portfolio and investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, market trends, and key investment metrics.
- Prepare investment presentations, research reports, financial analysis, and management materials.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and deal coordination.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, investment memoranda, and internal reports.
- Track financial markets, economic developments, interest rates, and industry trends.
- Support portfolio managers and senior investment professionals with investment decisions and analysis.
- Conduct risk analysis and identify potential investment opportunities and downside risks.
- Maintain accurate financial databases, research records, portfolio reports, and analytical models.
- Collaborate with investment,



research, finance, risk, and business development teams.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, equity research, corporate finance, consulting, or financial analysis is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation, corporate finance, and investment principles.
- Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and portfolio analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, research, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial information.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong interest in financial markets, investments, economics, and global business trends.
- CFA, ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
