You will oversee daily operations, uphold Active Support principles, and coordinate with Client Care Managers to ensure continuity of care and safety.

The role requires Cert III in Disability (IV or Leadership preferred), 1–2 years leadership in disability/community sectors, and 2+ years direct support with clients with complex
