We’re looking for a dependable, tech-savvy, and service-oriented IT Support Officer to help employees resolve technical issues and keep everyday IT operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and providing practical solutions to users.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common office technology.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, access requests, and basic system configurations.
- Install, configure, and update approved software and applications.
- Support basic network, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage IT support requests, ensuring issues are followed up appropriately.
- Maintain records of IT equipment, assets, user requests, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with employee IT setup during onboarding and role changes.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members or external providers.
- Create and maintain simple technical guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Assist with routine IT maintenance, security practices,



backups, and system updates.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar workplace tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addresses, DNS, and connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused attitude.
- Patient and comfortable supporting users with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and valuable organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
