We’re looking for a reliable, approachable, and technically curious IT Support Officer to help users resolve everyday technology issues and keep workplace systems operating smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, communicating with users, and building practical IT skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users toward effective solutions.
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, user accounts, and workplace applications.
- Assist with software installation, system access, device configuration, and common IT requests.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure incidents are properly recorded and followed up.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
- Assist with software updates, device maintenance, backups, and basic security procedures.
- Create and maintain internal troubleshooting documentation and user guides.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication skills with a patient and helpful approach.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize support requests.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
