We’re looking for a reliable, service-minded, and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to help keep our technology environment running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and learning how IT systems work in a fast-paced environment.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day IT issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
- Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with user account creation, access management, and basic system configuration.
- Monitor IT support requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved efficiently.
- Install, update, and maintain approved software and applications.
- Assist with basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and office technology troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members or external providers.
- Prepare simple IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal support resources.




- Support employees with technology setup and onboarding activities.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and common business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Patient, approachable, and comfortable assisting non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addresses, and connectivity.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a practical and solution-focused mindset.
