We’re looking for a dependable, tech-savvy, and service-oriented IT Support Officer to help employees solve everyday technical issues and keep workplace technology running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting users, and learning about up-to-date IT systems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, user accounts, and workplace applications.
- Assist users with software installation, system access, and common technical requests.
- Monitor support tickets and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
- Assist with software updates, device maintenance, backups, and basic security procedures.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and internal IT documentation.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a patient, helpful approach.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize support requests.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
