We’re looking for a dependable, tech-savvy, and service-oriented IT Support Officer to help employees solve technical issues and keep everyday technology running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and learning how modern IT environments work.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, user accounts, and workplace applications.
- Assist users with software installation, system access, and technical requests.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure issues are properly tracked and followed up.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
- Assist with device maintenance, software updates, backups, and basic security procedures.
- Create and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and IT documentation.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a patient, helpful approach.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize support requests.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
