We’re looking for a reliable, patient, and tech-focused IT Support Officer to help keep everyday technology running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and learning how modern IT systems work behind the scenes.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, user accounts, and workplace applications.
- Assist users with system access, software installation, and common technical requests.
- Monitor support tickets and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate IT team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support cases, configurations, and resolutions.
- Assist with device maintenance, software updates, backups, and basic security procedures.
- Create and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patient, helpful, and service-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices is a plus.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
