Role Description This part-time, on-site Japanese head spa therapist role is based at Love Those Lashes in Double Bay, NSW. The therapist provides specialized Japanese head spa treatments, including scalp massage, cleansing, and relaxation therapies, ensuring a high standard of client comfort, hygiene, and safety.

Daily responsibilities include welcoming clients, conducting consultations to understand scalp and hair concerns, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering services in line with company protocols and brand standards. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, managing appointment schedules, accurately recording client notes, and supporting the broader team with customer service and occasional reception tasks. The therapist is expected to promote services and retail products, uphold a professional appearance, and contribute to a calm, welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Japanese head spa techniques, scalp massage, and relaxation therapies, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.




- Formal training or certification in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field, preferably with specialization in scalp and hair care.
