Role Description This full-time remote Junior Business Analyst / Graduate Business Analyst role supports a second-hand clothes collector and wholesaler based in Paris, France. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams, helping analyze inventory, sales, and sourcing data, and contributing to process improvement initiatives across collection, sorting, and wholesale operations.

The Junior Business

Analyst will assist in mapping and reviewing existing business processes, preparing reports and dashboards for management, and supporting the implementation of new tools or workflows. Daily tasks include conducting basic data analysis, preparing explicit documentation, participating in meetings with stakeholders, and collaborating with operations and commercial teams to ensure business needs are understood and addressed.

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.




- Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs and translate them into clear specifications.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts to help map, review, and improve operational workflows.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and presenting findings clearly in written and verbal form.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced wholesale and logistics setting.
- Interest in circular economy, sustainable fashion, or textile recycling; prior internship or project experience in retail, logistics, or wholesale is a plus.
