Role Description This full-time remote role for a Junior Business Analyst / Graduate Business Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania’s programs and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, mapping and analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and impact. The analyst will assist with preparing reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs, and help translate findings into clear recommendations for program enhancements.

The role includes collaborating with team members to refine project plans, supporting the design of community-focused solutions, and communicating insights in a clear, accessible manner suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Analytical Skills and foundational Business Analysis capabilities.




- Experience or training in understanding and documenting Business Requirements and Business Process workflows.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and confident verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, analytics, public health, social sciences, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable access to digital collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with basic data analysis and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, and document editors).
- Interest in community health, aging, dementia awareness, or social impact initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and contribute constructively in a cooperative, mission-driven team.
