Responsibilities:

- Coordinate & Oversee the operational works on site
- General carpentry works when required
- Liaise closely with the Site Manager & Project Team
- Site Setout, Safety and Ensuring Quality is met
- Monitoring trades and sub-contractors
- Ensure quality of workmanship and meet target dates
- Budget reporting and assistance with Programming

Requirements:





- Experienced on Multi-Million $ New Build Commercial Construction from start through to delivery
- Cert III Carpentry
- Minimum 3 Years outside of carpentry apprenticeship
- QBCC Supervisors License would be favoured
- Good understanding of structures, in-ground & concrete works
- Ability to read plans, understand construction techniques & measurements
- Experience in managing multiple trades
- Loyal working history
- Strong eye for detail
- Loyal tenure
- Team player with a can-do attitude that is driven to succeed
