Pay Rate: $39.27 per hour + $10 forklift allowance per day
Action Workforce are currently looking for experienced and reliable LO (Forklift) Operators to join our client in their business-to-business logistics and distribution facility in Erskine Park.
Our client is one of Australia’s leading workplace solutions and distribution businesses, supplying everything from office and school supplies to technology, furniture, cleaning, safety and other workplace essentials. Their Erskine Park facility is a major National Distribution Centre, supporting the distribution of products to workplaces across Australia.
This is a busy, up-to-date warehouse environment where teamwork, safety and efficiency are key to getting customer orders out accurately and on time.
What’s on offer:
- ? $39.27 per hour
- ➕ $10 forklift allowance per day
- ? Consistent 2:00pm – 10:00pm shifts
- ? Erskine Park location

About the role: This is a hands-on warehouse position where you will be required to cross-train and work across all areas of the warehouse, including:
- Operating LO forklifts
- Case picking
- Replenishment and put-a-ways
- Packing
- General warehouse duties
What we’re looking for:
- Current and valid LO forklift licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable working across different areas of the warehouse
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
- Willingness to learn and cross-train
