Role DescriptionThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key duties include arranging shipments, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, monitoring delivery schedules, preparing and maintaining logistics documentation, and tracking shipment status. The role also involves identifying potential delays, resolving delivery or transportation issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory and order fulfillment processes. The successful candidate will help optimize logistics workflows, improve operational efficiency, control transportation costs, and ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, documents, and shipment information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other logistics or inventory management systems.
- Ability to monitor schedules, solve problems, and respond effectively to unexpected issues.
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
