Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Mangalore, TAS. The Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of local ministry activities and services.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, supporting prayer tower or outreach activities, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and ensuring that visitors and stakeholders are treated with dignity and respect. The Manager will collaborate with leadership to implement organizational policies, manage resources and budgets,



prepare periodic reports, and support events, programs, and media-related initiatives. The role also involves fostering effective communication across departments, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Robust organizational and administrative abilities, with experience in scheduling, resource management, and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in community service, nonprofit, or faith-based organizations is highly beneficial, along with an understanding of mission-driven work.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, social work, administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Commitment to the values of compassion, integrity, and respect, and willingness to support the ministry’s purpose in a non-discriminatory manner.
