Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new vessel deliveries, we are seeking an experienced
Marine Service Technician to join our Fremantle-based team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on world-class luxury motor yachts while building your career within a professional, supportive, and customer-focused organisation. No two days are the same, with a mix of workshop, marina, and on-water activities, as well as involvement in exclusive owner events and current vessel handovers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Riviera Motor Yachts. Working both on-water and ashore, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of technical support and customer care.

Essential
- Qualified Marine Technician, Marine Engineer, or Mechanical/Electrical Trade qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience within the marine industry
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Recreational Skipper's Ticket or equivalent marine qualification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly Regarded
- Current WA 240V Electrical Licence
- Experience servicing and repairing onboard refrigeration systems, including fridges, freezers, and ice makers
- Experience operating vessels up to 80ft
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Riviera's manufacturing facility on the Gold Coast for training and support
