About the Position

Skyline International College is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to support student recruitment, brand awareness, digital engagement and business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the College’s business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, email and other relevant channels.
- Develop and coordinate content for websites, social media, digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer/student behaviour to identify current opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase student enquiries, applications, enrolments and brand awareness.
- Manage social media campaigns and digital engagement activities.
- Coordinate marketing activities with education agents, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics and marketing metrics.
- Develop marketing collateral, campaigns and promotional materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with market research and identification of emerging domestic and international student markets.




- Maintain consistent brand positioning and ensure marketing communications comply with relevant industry and organisational requirements.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience in marketing, preferably within the education, training or international student sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing and campaign management.
- Experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
