We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Bondi Junction.
The role is a casual position, working Wednesday and Thursday with shifts between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
What We’re Looking For ✅ Transparent and professional verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Robust organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
✅ A robust background in customer service or reception.
