At Intuitive Mindset Limited, we're looking for experienced, self-directed individuals who want to apply the skills they've developed through their career in a different way within the personal development space.

You may come from sales, marketing, relationship management, leadership, communication or another career where connecting with people and taking initiative have been key.

We introduce people to structured personal development and leadership programs designed to support mindset, confidence, leadership and personal growth.

Your role will involve connecting with people who have expressed an interest in personal development, having genuine conversations to understand what they're looking for, and introducing them to the programs we offer where there is a good fit.

This is a flexible, self-directed role where you'll manage your own schedule and activity, supported by established systems, structured training and ongoing mentoring.

What you'll do

- Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal development and leadership
- Have one-to-one conversations to understand their goals, interests and what they're looking for
- Introduce relevant personal development and leadership programs where there is a good fit
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up with people and maintain consistent communication
- Use established marketing approaches and digital platforms to generate interest
- Develop your communication,



marketing and relationship-building skills through ongoing training
- Manage your own schedule, priorities and day-to-day activity
- Take responsibility for following through and building consistent momentum
