Optimised Mining is a leading trainer of mining professionals to pass their Statutory Mining Exams. Providing both accredited and non-accredited training, Optimised prides itself on high quality and personable training.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our remote working team on a contract or casual basis for a minimum of 3 hours per day (5 days per week) to support the delivery and assessment of our courses and providing guidance for candidates towards achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
- Assessment of candidate submissions for mining risk and safety management units
- Provide support and coaching to candidates enrolled in our accredited training programs, ensuring positive engagement and guidance toward successful outcomes.
- Assist with course administration,
ensuring records and communication are well managed.
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor for mining risk and safety management units.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or, TAE40110 with the additional requirements) or a higher qualification such as a Diploma or Bachelor of Education
- Self-motivated, organised and able to build excellent rapport with clients and peers
- Comfortable using aXcelerate or similar LMS platforms (preferred but not essential).
- At least 3 years’ experience in the mining industry. Diversity and thoroughness of experience will be looked upon favourably.
